The spacious room with stunning ocean views was fantastic.
During my stay, the lack of an elevator was a nightmare. I ended up walking up and down three flights of stairs with my luggage and that was exhausting. I was charged an outrageous amount for a broken cup, which I find utterly ridiculous considering the price I paid for the room. The temporary closure of the spa facility was also disappointing, leaving me with no option but to taxi elsewhere.

A family-friendly oasis by the beach
The staff were absolutely wonderful, always cheerful and helpful. Our kids loved the pool, and the beach sunset was a magical moment every evening!
Although the restaurant had good food, the dining prices were a bit over the top for the area. the shower's water pressure was inconsistent.

Had a boss time, la! The staff were dead sound, helped me out when I needed a ride for a special occasion. Comfy beds and a lovely pool to chill at. Only downside was the WiFi was a bit dodgy in my room, but overall, proper class stay!

Just a nice choice for a short visit in Senggigi with high value for money. The bathroom had a unique, rustic feel that reminded me of quaint local designs. Be prepared for the possibility of a long walk if your room is on the upper floors.

The water pressure in the shower was disappointing, making basic hygiene a challenge at times, and the hot water was inconsistent. Although the staff were friendly, the restaurant's prices felt excessively high for the portion sizes offered, particularly for local favorites like Nasi Goreng. Rooms appear in need of significant updating, with some furnishings showing wear and tear.
